Welcome to our program! We are so excited to have you here.

The Technology Software Development team develops innovative technology solutions and is focused on providing exceptional service to our clients in full partnership with our product teams. The Technology Software Development team features a diverse, inclusive team of professionals in approximately 90 countries around the globe.

During this program, you will get the opportunity to complete tasks that replicate the work that our Technology team does every day. You’ll learn key skills in Java, machine learning and full-stack development. We hope this program provides a great resource for you to upskill your resume as you explore career options and a potential technology career at Citi!
