Junk Free Skin, a Buffalo-based leader in sustainable personal care manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to help drive innovation, efficiency, and growth in our production operations. We are first to market with plastic-free personal care products using water-soluble and compostable film technology.

Responsibilities:
• Improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and safety
• Design and optimize production workflows and equipment layouts
• Troubleshoot machinery and production issues
• Develop standard operating procedures and training materials
• Support new product launches and scale-up production
• Analyze data to reduce waste and increase output
• Work closely with operations, quality, and leadership teams

Qualifications:
• Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or production engineering
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Lean manufacturing/continuous improvement experience is a plus
