Summary
Provides an opportunity to learn how to design controls solutions and the basics of ACAD Electrical for material handling equipment. Learn equipment requirements, business and customer requirements that drive the design of the electrical schematics. Participate in electrical hardware design and generating schematics. This is an on-site position.
Seeking Local University Students: Must be Local – Students/Interns going to school in the OKI area, or are from the area. To build MAS team long term.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities to Learn (while working with a mentor)
· ACAD Electrical
· Learn to interface with internal and external customers
· Learn to interface with electrical engineering, PLC engineering and project management to determine system requirements
· Understanding of electrical principles
· Understanding of motor control
· Understanding of devices requirement/placement
· Possible 10-20% travel to job site
· Various other tasks that may be assigned

Education
· Pursuing actively a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology or related field.
Language skills – ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical skills – ability to calculate figures and amounts such as for the purpose of creating needs assessments.
Reasoning ability – ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Other skills and abilities
· Proficient with PC desktop applications (MS Office)
