Job Summary:

The Internship Program is designed for undergraduate candidates with strong backgrounds in Mechanical Engineering. A successful candidate will be coached and mentored by Maval leaders and work on projects that have a measurable impact on our business. The Intern will learn Maval’ s businesses, products, processes, and functions and will get hands-on, professional experience in strategic planning, project management and leveraging resources.

The involved work may include, but is not limited to, performing duties such as:

Job Duties:

  • Creating and improving product prints
  • Provide support to department and team
  • Work on engineering team projects

Job Requirements & Skills:

  • Current enrollment in a university program
  • Engineering degree &/or related courses completed and continuing
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply fundamental concepts, practices and procedures
  • A professional demeanor and impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and consistent follow-up
  • Handle multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Minimum of intermediate level skills in MS Office software, emphasis on Excel and Projects
  • Excellent hands on experience and knowledge of Solidworks version 2018 or above.
  • 3D printing skills (preferred)
