COOP/INTERN Mechanical
The Firm is seeking a highly motivated mechanical engineering student interested in mechanical systems design, primarily HVAC. It is important that the applicant be able to work individually and as a team with other professionals in project coordination. The position will work closely with a senior engineer and prepare project drawings and specifications utilizing computer aided drafting, perform load calculations, design duct and piping system, conduct field surveys, and visit job sites during construction.
Requirements:
· Enrolled in a BS or MS Mechanical engineering collegiate program.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Attentiveness to detail and ability to multitask.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD and Revit a plus
· Excellent written and communication skills required.
· Strong work ethic.
