Tenova Pharma is seeking a Chemistry Intern. Candidate will work in a laboratory environment and perform chemical synthesis. This is a part-time position (around 10-20 hours per week).
Responsibilities:
- Setting up chemical reactions and monitoring the reactions by TLC and HPLC/MS;
- Purifying organic compounds using column chromatography;
- Updating chemistry inventory database;
- Helping other chemists in the lab and keeping the lab clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a Chemistry (or related) major;
- Previous chemistry lab experience is required.
The expected pay is $20/hour.
