Association of Women in Science (AWIS) 

Washington University is an Institutional Partner with the Association for Women in Science. Membership is open to all genders and free to WashU students (undergrad & graduate), faculty & staff!  Join free through WU.

AWIS Scholarships open in early December and close at the end of February. They have added an additional scholarship for first generation undergraduate students in addition to existing undergraduate scholarship, doctoral scholarship, and career re-entry scholarship.  

Students planning their future careers may be in interested in How to Choose Your Next Lab or Workplace.

Faculty and staff mentoring students can learn best practices during The Essential Role of Mentorship for Women in Science.
